The Insurance Institute of the Border (IIB) took guests on a dazzling journey through Cairo at their Annual Year-end Gala Dinner on November 1st, crafting an unforgettable night of Egyptian-themed elegance and entertainment.
From the moment attendees stepped into the venue, they were met with a lively atmosphere and signature experiences. Think dry ice gin cocktails, beer on tap, and a wine bar, alongside an array of exquisite finger foods – each with its own dramatic twist, complete with plumes of dry ice. A live singer set a smooth ambiance as guests arrived and captured memories against a captivating backdrop, perfectly blending elegance with the mystery of Egypt.
The IIB’s attention to detail shone in every corner, as pyramids and pharaoh sculptures dotted the venue, paired with stunning table decor and dishes that stayed true to the theme. IIB President Kim Johnson welcomed guests warmly, taking a moment to extend her gratitude to the council and sponsors for their support in making the night a success and contributing to the IIB’s ongoing journey.
Gifts added an extra touch of generosity, including a bottle of wine and sponsored copies of Slaying the Dragon, a powerful bestseller recounting the IUM CEO’s battle with opioid addiction after a life-altering accident.
